Poe2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

All financial transactions on the poe2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are made through payment methods approved by poe2, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and online payment methods available in Malaysia. poe2 does not accept direct payments in any foreign currency.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to poe2's current policies and may change from time to time without prior notice. All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the chosen payment method and any applicable verification requirements. poe2 reserves the right to delay or hold transaction processing where security checks or additional identity verification are required.
Any bonuses, promotions, or free credits received by users are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted. poe2 is not liable for any losses arising from delayed or failed transactions caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details they provide are accurate and up to date to avoid any issues during withdrawal processing.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

In any event, poe2's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
